Two bed roomed apartment, 5/6 pers. ca. 58 m2. Living room with separate kitchenette sleeping area with double bed-settee ( 2 single or 1 double ), bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with shower; bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony, telephone and TV-Sat.
Kitchen equipment: Fridge with a small cold store, microwave, 2 or 4 hot plates, sink, draining board, dishwasher, crockery enough for the number of the guests.
All of above types include:
costs for bathroom with shower and WC, TV sat, telephone, final cleaning, towels change and bed-linen change twice a week, elettricity, water, gas, garage, all taxes.
